Nowadays, Shape Memory Alloy (SMA) uses a lot in industries. One of the applications of these alloys is in Robotics. These alloys use as actuator in robotic manipulators. In this file, I have introduced SMA actuators and principles of operation with some applications in robotic manipulators. Then I have explained some advantages and disadvantages of these actuators
